Robert Morse stars in American Musical Movie “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.” The movie is an adaptation of a stage musical with the same title. The movie was shown last night atMovies (TCM). This is one of TCM’s presentation in honor of FRANK LOESSER’S 100TH BIRTHDAY.
The movie is about a window washer (Robert Morse) who made his way into business world by just reading a book titled “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.” This musical comedy movie was directed by David Swift for United Artist.
How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying is a with music and lyrics by Frank Loesser which opened at Broadway in October 1961. the movie adaptation was originally shown in 1967.
