Mayanti Langer, presenter in the ESPN STAR CHANNEL and covering the FIFA WORLD CUP-2010. She is BA-Honours form the Hindu College, DELHI UNIVERSITY. Mayanti Langer moved to USA with her father, Major General Sanjiv Langer because her father worked in UN and her mother is teacher, Mrs. Preminda Langer.
Mayanti Langer is also the fan of the football and she was in the soccer team in her college and then she became the guest anchor for broadcasting the FIFA Beach Football.
Mayanti Langer was also the host of for the Nehru Cup held in New Delhi and also the host of Men’s Hockey World Cup-2010 which was broadcast on the TEN SPORTS.

Mayanti Langer is an Indian TV sports journalist with Zee Sports and Ten Sports. She is the daughter of Major General Sanjiv Langer who worked in UN and Mrs. Preminda Langer, an award winningteacher. She is the granddaughter of Lt.General Rajinder Nath Batra and Mrs. Priyo Batra. She is a BA(Hons) graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University.She grew her interest in football when she was in USA as his father worked in UN.
She was in her in the beginning and then became a guest anchor for a broadcast of FIFA beach football With the success of the broadcast she was offered a spot as host and associate producer for Football Cafe on Zee Sports. Langer then went on to work for various football shows on the Zee providing commentary and interviews during pre-match, half-time and post-match shows. Currently she is part of the broadcast team for the Indian Cricket League onZee Sports and Ten Sports. She hosts the interview segment during pre-match, half-time and post-match shows of the broadcast.
